How does the free trial work?

Every new account gets 7 days of full access, starting from your first sign-in. No payment is needed for the trial.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → EM Toolkit and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

I subscribed but the app is still locked.

Make sure you are signed in with the same account you used when subscribing, then tap Restore Purchases on the Profile tab. If it still doesn't unlock, email us and include the email address you sign in with.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and the data we store about you. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription — cancel it in your Apple ID settings first.
